Single night bookings year-round will incur a loading on advertised nightly rates.
Cancellation Policy
A $35 administration fee will be charged on all cancelled bookings.
A full refund will be given, less $35 administration fee, on all bookings cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival of the booking.
A 50% cancellation refund, less $35 administration fee will be given for any bookings 8-30 days prior to the arrival of the booking.
No refund will be given for any bookings of 7 days or less and no refund for no shows or early departure.
